A sophisticated cowl-front, cowl-back blouse with an asymmetrical hem and neck ties for added flare. The blouse has beaded rope ties to secure the cowl back. Blouse is fastened with 2 side zippers and is fully lined. Blouse fabric is non-stretch chiffon/ mid-stretch silk. Skirt fabric is matte sateen.
